How to Buy an Electronic Document:

By clicking on the "Buy" button next to the document of your choice, you will be taken to our secure shopping cart page.  Follow the directions through a series of screens and enter the information needed to pay for the document.  These electronic documents are available only by use of one of the credit card options.  If you want to buy more than one document, you simply need to click on the "Continue Shopping" icon to return to this page.  If you want to complete the purchase and you are back on this page, click on the "go to checkout" icon at the top of this page.

Even though the document will be delivered electronically we still need your address for the credit card to work.

Once you have submitted your order, you will immediately be taken to a page with a link to another page where you can download the document.  Complete instructions for downloading are included there.  If you have ordered more than one issue, there will be a different link for each document.  You also will be sent an e-mail with the links.  These links will be valid for a limited time after your order so that you can download your report multiple times.  Please remember that, while you may print the document, you will not receive a printed version by mail.
